The staff were so attentive. The spa was a highlight, especially the hydrotherapy pool. Our beautiful room was cosy with nice tea/coffee amenities, and the outdoor hot tub was a treat. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center!

This place is in a lovely location unwound in a beautiful walled garden. The bets part that it's close to the restaurant where Saffron, Eleanor and Jess were simply excellent, Brockworth and the gardens. The staff are very amiable, the rooms are generous sized and tastefully decorated.

Wonderful staff in all areas.The room was large and pleasant with far reaching views.Food was delicious and the fire in the hall was very welcoming-oh and great spa!

Fantastic building So much History it was like stepping back in time. Rooms were superb. Very quiet. Staff are lovely. Good breakfast.
No lifts to top floors but This is a listed building.

Oh my days, those scones during afternoon tea were the best I've had in England! Plus, the spa's hydrotherapy pool was a real highlight, a perfect spot to unwind after our adventures. Our Beautiful Double room was another gem, spacious and cozy-a real treat.
The spa could've been a tad better. We missed out on treatments since they were fully booked. But honestly, it didn't spoil our vibe, as everything else sparkled!

We liked the fact it was a small ,more intimate hotel where you felt almost quite at home as soon as you walked in the door. We received a lovely warm welcome and were shown to our room. I loved the interiors and soft furnishings in the hotel. Most tastefully done. The spa area was wonderful . I would highly recommend it and we definitely intend to come back
My husband and teenage son still felt hungry after dinner and ordered chips on room service. The portions that came were really small. I loved our evening meal :-)
